Who We Are
Commercial Flooring is the commercial trade arm of a multi-site flooring network operating across the UAE since 2013. We specify, supply and install commercial flooring across the eight sectors UAE fit-out contractors run most often, office, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, industrial, fitness and sports, and fit-out trade-partner work, and across the four commercial material categories, vinyl and LVT, SPC, carpet, and resin systems including epoxy, PU concrete and MMA.
What separates the hub from a single-business contractor is the wider network of specialist sister sites behind it. How We Work
Every commercial flooring project runs through the same procurement-led discipline regardless of sector or material. The framework is consistent; what changes is the specification matched to the zone and the operational reality the floor serves.
Free Site Survey and Specification
A surveyor visits the site, takes accurate measurements, assesses substrate condition for moisture, level and contaminants, and matches specification to the zone's wear class, slip rating, chemical exposure, acoustic demand and operational constraints. Specification is documented before the quote.
BOQ Pricing and Tender Response
Bills of Quantities are priced line by line against specification, with material grade, install method, exclusions and programme itemised, so cost consultants and quantity surveyors can compare like for like across tendered bids. Tender response lands within the timeline the main contractor sets.
Substrate Preparation Discipline
Concrete moisture testing, surface profiling by shot-blast or grind where required, primer specification and expansion-joint detailing are handled before resin or vinyl lands rather than discovered on install day. The leading cause of commercial flooring failure is substrate preparation, not material choice.
Install by Specification, Not Default
Heat-welded seams and flash coving in sterile and wet zones, acoustic-backed installation where the brief requires it, ESD bonding to earth where the equipment standard requires it. Specification documentation is prepared during install rather than retrofitted at handover.
Sector Compliance Documentation
Where the sector requires it, we prepare documentation aligned with the relevant regulator: MOHAP, DHA and DOH for healthcare; KHDA, ADEK and SPEA for education; Civil Defence fire compliance across all; and HACCP and USDA-equivalent for F&B and pharmaceutical. Documentation is handed across in submission-ready form for the facility's compliance file.
