To get an accurate response on the first message, including the following helps. The more specification context up front, the faster the route to a quote or a site survey.
- Project type and sector Office fit-out, hotel pre-opening, hospital wing, school refurbishment, warehouse build, retail rollout, and so on.
- Location Emirate, area, and address if available, for survey scheduling logistics.
- Approximate area Square metres (sqm) or square feet (sqft), or "to be confirmed by site survey" is fine.
- Specification or brief if available Flooring type already specified, drawings, a BOQ extract, or just the operational use case if the specification is still open.
